Groups

Connecting with others on your path of recovery can be especially helpful when you feel like you are struggling alone. Our groups offer the opportunity to join others in healing together. They emphasize support, connection, and the development of new skills. Below, you'll find details of the groups we offer. If you're working on any of these areas in your life, we invite you to join us! Please contact us with questions at info@nourishmentworks.com | 312-380-5344.

I had my first group meeting last week. Lots of really great women who share my body size! I was concerned about not fitting in, but it’s going to be hard and scary and great!
