Nourishment Works offers a Morning Mindfulness Practice Support Group to foster community and support on your journey of body attunement. The following is additional information to help you decide if this group is a good fit!

Our Morning Mindfulness Practice Support Group is a community helping you to deal with stress, anxiety, self-judgements, etc.  In the space, we let go of judgements, focus on healing, enjoy simplicity in life, and foster a safe environment for you to recharge and explore your true self - the fabulous you that you might not realize. 

We will practice mindful sitting, mindful movements, body scan, loving kindness meditation, and more. We will have time at the end of the group for sharing.

This is a drop-in support group, offered virtually on Zoom.  Our drop-in groups allows new group members to be incorporated throughout the weekly group sessions.

Additional group logistics:

  • What: Drop-in, twice a week support group

  • Who: Ages 16+ ~ All genders welcome

  • When: Ongoing, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:30am-8:55am CST
