She is a dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) driven by a profound passion for guiding individuals toward finding true peace with food. Currently pursuing her Masters in Nutrition Education and Counseling at Immaculata University, she brings a solid foundation, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Dominican University and completed her Dietetic Internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial. Her passion goes beyond typical nutrition advice; she wants to empower clients to enjoy every aspect of eating. Whether it's picking out ingredients, cooking delicious meals, savoring the feelings of fullness and satisfaction, or sharing meals with loved ones, she believes in the importance of nourishing both the body and the soul through food.

My Approach

With a compassionate and empathetic approach, she makes it her goal to assist individuals on their journey to recovery. She ensures to provide an evidence-based approach to nutrition, creating a safe and non-judgmental environment that works to meet the client's goals while honoring and respecting their cultural needs. Utilizing a weight-neutral and motivational interviewing approach, along with Intuitive Eating principles and techniques for awareness or mindfulness, she aims to guide individuals in honoring and nourishing themselves in a holistic manner, encompassing mind, body, and soul.
